1 The question to be answered in this appeal from a certified interlocutory order is whether the parents of a deceased minor, whose death accidentally occurred in the course of his employment, may bring an action against his employer in district court, or whether they are limited to the benefits provided under the Workers Compensation Act. We hold that the Workers Compensation Court has exclusive jurisdiction of this dispute between these parties, and thus the trial court erred in overruling petitioners objection to jurisdiction.
