Workmen's compensation act -- employe. A blacksmith, who at times was called to make repairs in relator's creamery and at other times to do the ordinary work in the operation of the creamery, receiving 75 cents per hour, whatever the work, was engaged by the creamery manager to make an adjustment and repair of the creamery heating apparatus, the work being done under the direction of and with the help of the manager, in which work the blacksmith received an accidental injury. It is held that the industrial commission's finding that the blacksmith was an employe of the creamery company at the time of receiving the injury is supported by the evidence.
